 Capt. Lee

Lee is someone you will see wandering in and out of the fish house.   If you want to know how to cook your seafood, ask Lee. He has worked on a longline boat fishing for snapper and grouper. Lee has also run boats for many companies and individuals. He has fished all over the US, Alaska, Hawaii and the Caribbean. You will see his pictures on the wall, and may see him in the back cutting fish. If he is not there, he is probably out fishing.

 Chef Louie is busy making fresh crab cakes, salmon cakes, fish cakes, dips and so forth. He is a incredible Chef, as him all the ins and outs of cooking. You can't miss him, the accent is a give away. 

Congratulations to Chef Louie, He won the Death By Chocolate 2011 competition benefit for the Girl Scouts. No, there was no fish involved.
