 Who We Are

 Capt. Lee

Lee is the owner of the fish house.  He will only sell products that are good enough for him to eat; otherwise "make it crab bait!"  If you want to know how to cook your seafood, ask Lee. He has worked on a longline boat fishing for snapper and grouper. Lee has also run boats for many companies and individuals. He has fished all over the US, Alaska, Hawaii and the Caribbean. You will see his pictures on the wall, and may see him in the back cutting fish. If he is not there, he is probably out fishing.

Cherie is the smiling face you will see alot, as well as the pleasant voice on the phone.  She will be able to answer most of your questions.  If she doesn't know, she will ask Lee as soon as he gets back off the boat.

We now have Chef Louie, onboard. He is busy making fresh crab cakes, salmon cakes, fish cakes, dips and so forth. You can't miss him, the accent is a give away. 

Congratulations to Chef Louie, He won the Death By Chocolate 2011 competition benefit for the Girl Scouts. No, there was no fish involved.
